As the pharmacy industry shifts to a paperless system, we help you stay at the forefront of changing technology by offering the ability to receive claims remittance information electronically. Traditionally, reconciling pharmacy claims payments via paper “hard copy” remittance can take hours or days, depending on claim volume.
By transitioning to our free Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA) program, you can quickly and easily reconcile payments from OnePoint Patient Care. Make sure to confirm with your claims processing software vendor that your software has this capability.
We also work with many different third party reconciliation vendors in coordination with our partner pharmacies. Please check with your third party reconciliation vendor if you would like to have ERA processed through them.
Enrollment eligibility requirements
- Currently contracted with OnePoint Patient Care as a partner pharmacy
- Pharmacy system or software vendor capable of handling 835 electronic remittance advice files
- The ability to receive files via a secure File Transfer Protocol (FTP)
